At Domaine les Aspras man treats earth with respect and in return the earth nourishes the vine in a balanced fashion. All of our vines are produced from organically grown grapes. These are fertilized by cow and sheep manure, furthering the harmonious development of soil life.
Another special feature of the Domaine is the fact that some of its plots are worked by horse, and that sheep are used for natural weeding around the grapes. In the winery, cellar master, Rober Nourisson, applies the same high standards and level of respect to bring out the best of the organic grapes which, once vinified, will be the perfect expression of the terroir.
